Chloe

My three sons all hooned around on dirt bikes, but not me! I bought myself a one-eyed, horrible $500 horse instead! That horse bit me, kicked me and tried to rub me off on trees - but he taught me a lot! Now I am the owner of Big Sky Horses and my love affair with these beautiful creatures is complete. Come ride with us and you'll likely find me on The Divine Princess Lilly, my gorgeous white arabian mare, leading the way.

Growing up, I always begged my parents for a horse, and one day, they surprised me with the arrival of my very first horse. It was a moment I’ll never forget. With over 10 years of experience in caring for and working with horses, I've developed a deep appreciation for their gentle yet powerful nature.
Patrick, my horse, is now 17, and still by my side; I continue to cherish our time together. My experience has shaped my understanding of horses and strengthened my bond with these magnificent animals.

Hannah

Hey! I’m Hannah and I’ve been riding horses since my 6th birthday- a pony party. My love for horses and experience grew from there as I grew up in the Yarra Valley in Victoria and I have been fortunate to take care of and enjoy all sorts of horses in a range of disciplines. My 13th birthday present was a young quarter horse that I started as a project and is now my forever horse. I love the outdoors - from forest to desert I and can’t wait to share this with our special guests this season.

Hi, my name is Anne and I am from Kununurra, a Miriwoong girl. I started riding horses when I was about 9 years old. I have graduated year 12, worked on cattle stations for a few years, and taught the local kids horsemanship and how to ride. I love working on the stations with cattle, but I'm always up for something new. I'm excited to be working at El Questro, sharing the Kimberley with visitors. And what a great way to do it, on the back of a horse.
